Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Policy
1. Introduction
TechFuture Executive Search ("the Company") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals and protecting personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. 9. Withdrawal of Consent
Individuals may withdraw their consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal data at any time by providing reasonable notice in writing to the DPO. However, withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide services or fulfill contractual obligations. Upon withdrawal, we will inform the individual of the likely consequences, and will cease (and cause any of our data intermediaries and agents to cease) collecting, using, or disclosing the personal data, unless it is required or authorized under applicable laws.
